Attorney Profiles

Megan M. Carollo is an associate attorney of Brabazon Law Office, LLC. A native of Northeastern Wisconsin, Megan attended the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2001. She earned a B.A. in Sociology of Law, Crime and Deviance, and a minor in Spanish. While attending Minnesota, Megan was an investigative intern for the public defender's office in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

While attending William Mitchell, Megan was a finalist in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court competition which tests brief-writing and oral argument skills in a courtroom setting. She was also a member of the Negotiation Team and represented William Mitchell at the regional competition in Omaha, NE. Megan also received the CALI Award of Excellence in Advanced Advocacy. The CALI Award is presented to the student who received the top grade in the course. Megan graduated Cum Laude from William Mitchell in 2004.

While in law school she focused her studies on criminal law, immigration law, trial skills and advocacy. Megan participated in the misdemeanor and immigration clinics. Megan also served as a law clerk at a private criminal defense firm in Minneapolis.

Fluent in Spanish, Megan focuses her practice on the areas of criminal law and immigration law. In the area of criminal law she has specific experience in traffic cases and drug cases. She also handles cases involving battery, disorderly conduct and domestic violence.  Megan also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in family law cases.
