Shane Laughton Brabazon is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Brabazon Law Office, LLC. A native of Northeastern Wisconsin, Shane attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where he earned degrees in Economics and Finance and Minored in Speech Communication. He served three terms as President of the Creighton University Speech and Debate Team and won numerous awards for debating and persuasive speaking. He graduated from Creighton Magna Cum Laude.
Shane graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 1995 and passed the Wisconsin State Bar that same year. While at the University of Minnesota, Attorney Brabazon was an intern for the Honorable Federal Magistrate Franklin Noel.
After working for a downtown Green Bay law firm, Attorney Brabazon created Brabazon Law Office, LLC, in 1997. Shane has a wealth of experience in many areas of law including; Business & Commercial Law, Criminal Law, DUI/DWI, Family Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, and Civil Litigation
Attorney Brabazon devotes most of his practice to cases involving litigation. He has appeared in front of most Judges throughout Eastern Wisconsin and has extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts.

James C. Foote is a senior attorney at Brabazon Law Office. LLC. A native of Northeastern Wisconsin, James attended the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire and graduated in 1996. After earning a degree with majors in Criminal Justice and Political Science, he attended Hamline Law School in St. Paul, Minnesota. James graduated from Hamline in 1999.
Since 2000, James has served as an associate attorney of Brabazon Law Office. LLC. The firm is a general practice firm with an emphasis on family, personal injury, business, estate planning, and criminal law. Attorney Foote concentrates his practice on family and criminal cases. Typical family law cases include divorce, paternity, post-judgment, child support, child placement, and child custody.
James also has vast experience in a variety of criminal defense matters; Drunk Driving, Operating after Revocation/Suspensions, traffic offenses, battery, disorderly conduct, and other domestic offenses, drug cases, and sexual assaults. He handles both misdemeanor and felony charges.

Quinn T. Jolly is a senior attorney with Brabazon Law Office. A native of Northeastern Wisconsin, Quinn attended the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and graduated in 1997. After earning a degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Law and Courts, Quinn attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Attorney Jolly graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000.
In 2001, Quinn joined the Office of the Public Defender, in Maricopa County, Arizona. While there, Quinn represented clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, and probation violations. In 2005, Quinn joined the Office of the Legal Defender, Maricopa County, Arizona. Quinn was responsible for defending clients charged with major felony offenses, including homicides. While working for the Legal Defender, Attorney Jolly ascended to the position of Capital Defense Attorney, where he represented clients facing the death penalty.
Wanting to be close to family and friends, Quinn moved back to Northeastern Wisconsin in 2017. Quinn joined Brabazon Law Office, LLC in 2018. The firm is a general practice firm with an emphasis on family, personal injury, business, estate planning, and criminal law. Attorney Jolly focuses his practice on criminal cases. Quinn has extensive experience in criminal defense matters such as murder, battery, sexual assault, child abuse, OWI, kidnapping, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, drug offenses, traffic offenses, and computer crimes.
Quinn has taught continuing legal education courses to fellow attorneys and has appeared as a Moot Court Judge for Arizona State University Law School.
